We are so enjoying having the piano. The girls play a lot. It looks so well in its place too – you did a beautiful job on the restoration. This is a good opportunity to say how much we have appreciated dealing with you and your team. From the early guidance you gave us, to the visits to the shop to explore our options, to the feedback and involvement we had as you rebuilt “our” piano, you have been a pleasure to deal with. I had complete confidence in your recommendations and your work; it has been fun to see the email updates and photos - it’s rare these days that any purchase has quite so much of the heart and soul that you and your team have put into this piano. You all clearly take such care, and value the instruments you work with; the whole experience has been reassuring and very enjoyable. Thank you all for a really excellent service.
