Just wanted to say that I'm so happy with the Challen upright piano that I recently purchased from you. It looks and sounds lovely, and I'm really pleased that I had it repolished, as despite being around 80 years old it now looks brand new. This was a really big purchase for me, so thank you for making it an enjoyable experience, with plenty of information before I brought the piano, and then prompt service when it required some adjustments after delivery.
The delivery was also fantastic - it was a tight squeeze though my narrow doors but the guys made it look easy!

Dear Graham,
It is now about 18 months since our beautiful early 1900's 5'8'' Broadwood grand arrived and its extensive restoration by you and your team, so its time for an update. We enjoy it so much and its beautiful, warm tone plus the rich bass. Our daughter who plays it mostly has learnt such touch and expression in her playing, she may never leave home ….. without it. Gerry has also been excellent in tuning and adjustments as the new strings have settled in. How we are glad we didn't opt for a modern upright, making the player look at the wall even if it might have saved a little £. Thank you again for your excellent advice before and help since delivery.
