The piano is lovely; we’re both delighted with it. I’d like to get hold of a stool that does it justice, so if anything comes in, please do let me know. From start to finish your customer service has been second to none, and with regards to the delivery; I think it was the most efficient and courteous I’ve ever been on the receiving end of.
