Initially knowing very little of buying a piano, we felt that during our initial enquiry Graham was particularly honest and impartial with his advice; more so than any other professional that we had spoken to. Although he had nothing in stock that suited us at the time we left him our details. He was then very proactive in finding us the perfect piano, tailored for our needs, and arranged a relatively quick delivery - just in time for Christmas.
