John Broadwood art case grand piano, which we have spent between 200 and 250 hours rebuilding is now complete the piano was made around 1910. The piano is a 5'8" grand piano with dual gate legs made from, Rosewood and Rosewood veneer the casework is a inlaid with satinwood banding and various marquetry inserts on the legs. There has been extensive restoration work on all the piano working parts example new hammers, dampers, strings, key bushings, rollers, even down to having the metal frame bolts re-coated in nickel silver.
