We have been restoring and selling pianos since 1988. We specialise in restoring and reconditioning old pianos, both upright and grand. Our work ranges from minor servicing right through to complete overhauls and rebuilding projects which take many weeks to complete.

The aim of the blog is to post regular progress reports on ongoing restoration work, as well as updates on the current available stock and any new arrivals. Where possible these updates will be accompanied by photos to demonstrate the work that we do.

Pianos for SALE



Piano SALE must end on Saturday 23rd of June.
another hectic week, finishing off a customer Bechstein model V upright piano.
Just a few ivory keys to repair then all done.

The Steinway upright is near ready for a restring, frame and soundboard prepared the frame will be back in tomorrow.

Grotrian steinweg piano ready now for regulation

A very busy week we have had.

On going Restoration of a Steinway upright piano.....alongside a grotrian steinweg.as well as squeezing in a customer Bechstein for some updating.all the pianos early 1900s.

Now off for a rest over the jubilee weekend
