I am writing to thank you & your team so very much for my wonderful Bluthner Upright Piano. As you know I have taken a long time deciding which piano to get & the Bluthner has proved to me that it was well worth the wait! The whole experience of following the Bluthner's restoration, both on-line & in your workshop, has been fascinating & enlightening....I have learned so much! Your attention to detail & overall craftsmanship has been a privilege to witness & I have been so grateful to you all for your care & understanding of my personal wishes with regards to the regulating & tone of the piano. The Bluthner is not only a beautiful instrument to play, but it also looks fabulous after all the work you put into polishing up the flame mahogany case.

Having had the Bluthner at home now for over a month, I would also like to thank you for your continued care & dedication to the piano as it 'settles down' following it's restoration.

In short, thankyou to you & your team for making these past few weeks so pleasurable & stress free...even the actual arrival of the piano took place with professional ease & punctuality!
