we have recently made the decision to make the buying experience more personal and involve the customer in all aspects of the restoration stages.
So now as we start a restoration of any of the top makes of piano we video the whole process,so not only can you see we do what we say we do,but you get a keep sake of the restoration of your piano.
This has proved very popular with the customers we have trialed this project.

So whether you are buying a piano from us , or sending yours in to be restored this is something we can now do for you.

If you put a deposit on a piano you are buying before its restored,we will send you regular updates of our progress.

As you know I have taken a long time deciding which piano to get & the Bluthner has proved to me that it was well worth the wait! The whole experience of following the Bluthner's restoration, both on-line & in your workshop, has been fascinating & enlightening....I have learned so much! Your attention to detail & overall craftsmanship has been a privilege to witness & I have been so grateful to you all for your care & understanding of my personal wishes with regards to the regulating & tone of the piano. The Bluthner is not only a beautiful instrument to play, but it also looks fabulous after all the work you put into polishing up the flame mahogany case.

Hello Graham,
Just wanted to write and thank you for a first rate service. As you know my piano which I have owned from new, since early 1970's, was in a serious state having been left in a farmhouse for sometime and been attacked by mice and moth inside and out.
It was so bad, I was seriously considering taking it to the dump and actually took it outside for a day to do just that. However sentimental reasons held me back as I did not want to part with it.
I cannot beleive that my beloved piano now looks in such excellant condition.
You managed to take care of all the problems and I am now proud to have it back in my home. It is a joy to look at, all woodwork gleaming and all chewed keys etc renewed and of course it now plays well.
I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone- I considered the 'state' of my piano to be the ultimate challenge!!
Also first rate service to your collection and delivery service team, who were reliable, on time and no fuss.
