I just want to say that we are so happy with the wonderful grotrian Steiweg piano we purchased from you. My daughter plays on it all the time and the sound is amazing. She is over the moon.
As we purchased the piano unseen and unplayed, I want to say that your service and advise throughout has been absolutely fantastic. The videos you sent me was a great help and it was very exciting to see the restoration work in progress. The restoration and polishing is done to the highest standard and the piano looks like new. Everyone that has seen the piano think that it is stunning. Outstanding service and first class piano in both look and sound.
The piano stool matches the piano perfectly, thank you for choosing the wood type on my behalf.
