Hi Graham,
I would like to thank you for helping me sell my Bechstein piano, which was bought from you ten years ago. It has been a pleasure to play but due to a house move, I had to sell it. Your delivery staff came to pick this up at the time stated and you kept me updated on who was interested in the piano. After waiting only a month or so, I received contact from you stating that the piano had been sold. I also received the cheque very soon thereafter, so I would like the opportunity to say thank you very much for finding a buyer for the piano.

Hi, the Bechstein piano has arrived safely with your excellent delivery people. It is fabulous, fits perfectly and is exactly as described. It plays beautifully and the children are all very excited. We will be contacting the piano tuner shortly to get it all perfect following the move.
